After almost 2 years of absence from food fairs due to the pandemic, our return to exhibitions began in New York and this year's Summer Fancy Food!
The Specialty Food Association's Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest exhibition in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to special foods and beverages, and, following its highly successful winter edition last February in Las Vegas, this summer the exhibition returned home to New York City. This is a highly successful return, in a three-day event in which tens of thousands of premium foods and drinks were presented, and hundreds of brands from around the world were represented.
For us, a small company from Greece, a Cooperative from Prosotsani, it was a fantastic opportunity to proudly present our products in such a large and important market, to get to know each other and exchange knowledge and opinions with fellow producers from every corner of the Earth, to try quality products from all over the world, and to create new contacts with people in the field, building bridges of communication that will help our products reach more and more places, further and further.
Constantly aiming at the development of quality organic products and with an eye on extroversion and export activity, Summer Fancy Food 2022 and New York City was for us an ideal return to exhibition events, which we hope will mark the return to normality for the food industry.
