Our day at Menikio

At Menikio, our schedule is set according to our animals and their needs. So, our day begins very early, with a refreshing morning stroll through the green fields around the livestock unit.
There, the animals are in their natural habitat, carefreely roaming, grazing and enjoying the fresh air of the morning breeze blowing from the canyon of mount Menikio. We believe this to be a vital factor in the quality and nutritional value of the milk they produce.
When they return to their stables, calm, relaxed and fed, they offer us their most precious good: their milk! Rich; pure; tasty; 100% Greek; a real gift to all of us!
We inspect the collected milk running thorough quality tests and then process it with passion and joy to produce healthy, top-quality dairy products using our traditional recipes. Milk, yoghurt, kefir, feta, cheese, all fresh and made with love, ready to be taken to a market shelf near you; and from there to your table.
