Salad GRexicana!

From our dear friends in the Netherlands, Greek Foodtales!


150 g (18-20) cherry tomatoes

40 g(12-15) Kalamata pitted olives

80 g (2/5) Organic Feta PDO Menoikio

80 g (10-12) Mini Cretan Carob Nuts

100 g (1 small) Avocado

30 ml (2 tablespoons) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

15 ml (1x tablespoon) White Balsamic Vinegar with Pomegranate

2 pinches of oregano - Thyme

1 pinch of smoked sea salt

Instructions Step - step instructions

Start by cutting the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives in half (or quarters if they are a bit larger).

Then cut the feta & avocado into thick cubes.

Add everything to a large bowl and lightly crush the carob nuts in it.

Finally, add the extra virgin olive oil, pomegranate balsamic vinegar, herb mixture & smoked sea salt and mix gently but thoroughly.

Yes, it's ready to serve!
