Menoikio at Food Expo 2023!

The international food and beverage exhibition Food Expo /Oenotelia was held this year at the Metropolitan Expo exhibition centre in Athens, between 18-20 March, with great success for one more year!

 

Menoikio was of course there, participating with the delegation of the region of Eastern Macedonia & Thrace, helping to represent the products produced in the wider region.

 

Of particular interest were the consumers as well as the traders and buyers who visited our stand at the exhibition, who had the opportunity to taste dairy and cheese products of high nutritional value and quality, which combine the authenticity and tradition of our land with modern production methods!

 

Especially pinnokefir, in collaboration with the Department of Biotechnology of Democritus University and the Region of Eastern Macedonia & Thrace, under the auspices of the EU, received excellent feedback. Utilizing the microbial diversity of our region, we managed to design a unique bio-functional food with Kefir culture, which differs from other similar products on the market!

 

The success of our participation in the exhibition, as well as the comments that all our products received, is for us an important recognition of the effort we make every day, and a valuable asset to continue in the future with the same love and dedication!
