I always make sure my diet is clean and organic. This means I try to eat as little processed, local and seasonal food as possible. This ensures a better level of nutrition, nutrient absorption and reduces the intake of additional, unnecessary calories and harmful substances for the body.
One of my favourite products is anthotyro. A traditional , delicious Greek white cheese with a very low salt and fat content. This means that compared to other cheeses, it has far fewer calories without depriving you of nutrients.
It is a rich source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, water-soluble vitamins A and D.
The organic anthotyro MENOIKIO is a soft cheese made from 100% Greek, goat and sheep cheese milk from organically reared animals in my country, so I trust it. It is consumed as a fresh product, has a grainy and fluffy texture and can enrich many of our meals with nutrients, protein and taste.

By putting our imagination to work we can use it in salads, pies, tortillas, instead of the classic feta cheese to accompany our meals and we can enjoy it as a dessert by combining it with honey, some fruit and cocoa or cinnamon.
In view of the holidays I will tell you the recipe for the most Christmas salad with cream cheese.
