Our organic Kefalotiri is made from 100% organic sheep milk and matures for a minimum of 3 months, a process that gives it its unique aroma. A hard yellow cheese of low humidity, with a rich, salty flavour and a buttery texture, ideal for the grill, or even on its own, with its strong flavour and aroma making it a great pairing for medium and full-bodied red wines.
