The Menikio organic goat cheese is a white brine cheese made from organic goat milk gathered from selected producers whose livestock is fed with organic feed provided by our farm, with the addition of rennet, culture and salt. It is matured for a minimum of 60 days and is then kept in its natural brine to retain all its flavour and aroma. A cheese that derives from our rich tradition, but also meets modern day health standards and trends.
