The Organic Feta cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) is made from fresh, pasteurised, 100% Greek milk. It is produced according to the AGROCERT specifications for Feta cheese from pure organic sheep and goat milk. After a maturity period of at least 60 days, Feta Menikio is kept in its natural brine to retain its aroma and unique flavour.
Ingredients: Sheep milk, salt, lactic acid culture, rennet.
