Traditional Feta cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) made from fresh, pasteurised, 100% Greek milk. Produced according to the AGROCERT specifications for Feta from pure sheep and goat milk. After a maturity period of at least 60 days, Feta Menikio is kept in its natural brine to retain its aroma and unique flavour.
Ingredients: Sheep milk, salt, lactic acid culture, rennet.
