Soft white cheese made from 100% Greek sheep and goat milk, collected from animals fed with our organically grown feed. Anthotiro has a grainy and foamy texture, and is known for its low fat concentration. Typically enjoyed on its own, or used in traditional recipes for various pies and salads.

Ingredients: Organic sheep and goat milk, sheep and goat milk cream, salt.
